Our B&B caters to small weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and honeymoons. Packages negotiated based on requirements.

RATES
Summer/Fall 2008 ~ $125 - $155 per night
Spring/Winter 2008/2009 ~ $115- $145 per night
+ applicable taxes

Prices based on Double occupancy.
Child rate, sharing with 2 adults $25/night.

Deposit Policy
- Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival over Christmas & New Years
- All other reservations require one night deposit or 25% of booking amount, whichever is larger

Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days for Christmas & New Years if rooms cannot be rebooked
- All other reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days if rooms cannot be rebooked
